That's five teams in the first division. They ran a similar sized second division last year, not sure if that will happen this year. There's also 4 different competing in a 9's league.

The All-Plebs may have taken over from the Mad Squirrels as the best team name.

There are actually 8-9 active clubs in Czech Republic, but clearly, given the whole pandemic, this is a bit of a makeshift season and not all clubs were able to field a team.  You can see on the list of five, one is a joint-venture: Chrudim Rabbitohs with Havlickuv Brod

There is also this post as well, which is for a 9s competition, which shows a few different teams competing.  So I think there are a total of 9 teams in Czechia, but I believe only half of them are capable of fielding a matchday 17.  The rest are "half teams" which will hopefully grow into full-sized teams by next year.

They could play a combined Ottoman Empire team in an annual fixture.
