I'd assume the ball was stolen after the tackle was complete to prevent advantage from the break which is, as stated in the minutes, a 'professional foul' punishment for which is a sin-binning. It was deemed as a professional foul for reefing the ball after the tackle was complete (while Salford was retreating after a breakaway move by KR). It was a professional foul to allow the defending team to get back on side.. I vaguely remeber from my childhood at the early 90s world cup australia player did similar and got sin binned (after a GB break) a 1uick play the ball and GB would have won the semi..
