From the Disciplinary

Details of Charge / Reason for NFA:
Player steals ball when player breaks line. Sin bin sufficient.

Since when was that a penalty, let alone a sin bin? They even got the player’s name wrong.

I'd assume the ball was stolen after the tackle was complete to prevent advantage from the break which is, as stated in the minutes, a 'professional foul' punishment for which is a sin-binning.

So I ask again, why didn’t the disciplinary state what the actual offence was?

It was a professional foul to allow the defending team to get back on side.. I vaguely remeber from my childhood at the early 90s world cup australia player did similar and got sin binned (after a GB break) a 1uick play the ball and GB would have won the semi..

Yellow card for at least the last 30 years..
