...Odsal’s 5 a side a pitch will give advantage to Bradford

Didn't RFL give Bradford permission to play on a reduced size field for only two games, those against York & Newcastle?

I think I recall someone posting that they had planned Widnes to be the first match back at Odsal before plans were changed due to crowd restrictions at Dewsbury. Whatever scheme was in place to ensure it's safe to use a bigger area couldn't be brought forward, hence the two match request. Hopefully they will be back up to regulation size now.

Featherstone Rovers v Newcastle Thunder - Big Fev win.

Batley Bulldogs v Halifax Panthers - Just don't know with this one, on paper our form looks better than Batley's and we have 3rd best points for and points against in the league. Batley keep on picking up wins and are always hard to beat at the mount. Going for Fax by 4.
Bradford Bulls v Widnes Vikings - Can't see past a comfortable Bradford win.
London Broncos v Swinton Lions - Big London win.
Oldham v Dewsbury Rams - Relegation battle game going for a narrow Oldham win.
Whitehaven v York City Knights - Haven to give york a run for their money and possibly sneak a win.
Sheffield Eagles v Toulouse Olympique - Big Toulouse win.

That was the expectation yes, not sure what has happened but likely to be a smaller pitch for the next 2 games.

Shambles as always from the Bulls.

  • I am interested in attending the Broncos v Lions match, but I have a couple of concerns, a) Where the F*** are they playing? b) Can I just turn up and pay on the gate? c)Is it under Covid restrictions on attendences?

Trailfinders

No, you have to prebook

Not really and to be honest it's so empty it is very Covid safe. Probably even quieter for the Swinton game - I know I'm not going

1) Playing at Ealing
2) you have to buy on line, and take print out of ticket or have email on your phone
3) You can't move between stands, but you can sit anywhere in the stand your assigned.  There will be lots of empty seats if its anything like the Dewsbury / whitehaven game

i think Newcastle will be a tough game for Fev, especially if they are still depleted by injury. Newcastle don't appear to be a pushover
