It`s make you wonder how some people sleep at night. I don`t care what any one says about pandemics and business downturns Argyle won`t be short of a quid, if he really wanted to, or had one shred of personal integrity, he could find the money. Makes me know how the revolutionaries feel, first bas-tard up against the wall.

  • Gomersall changed the title to Toronto Wolfpack 2021
  • 2 weeks later...

Headed down there this past weekend, I haven’t been involved in the RL over here for the last 5 years or so, but still there were some familiar faces from years back still there, Tony Felix, Danny Tupou, Andrew Porter, Nick Hails, Eddie Bilborough, Mikkel Borggren, Chuck Curran the few that I noticed.

Seems like a number of new youngsters were involved though, which is heartening.  Hopefully the CRLA can gain some traction off the back of this.

Lost track of the score but when the game was called off a short time into the second half due to a lightning storm I think Henry Miers’ squad were 24-20 up.

Toronto have held trials, announced partners for their upcoming Canada cup game against DC.

All of this is ahead of the expected 2022 NARL season.

What happened is that the Pack was blindsided and poisoned (by some animal cruelty dude named Elstone), suffered through some hard times and a few leans years...kills were few and far between The Pack suffered....BUT SURVIVED!

The Pack Is Now Back!  Soon the breeding program will begin again.

The way British RL is going, there'll soon be more money available in North American RL than there will be outside of Super League in the UK.

"I am the avenging angel; I come with wings unfurled, I come with claws extended from halfway round the world. I am the God Almighty, I am the howling wind. I care not for your family; I care not for your kin. I come in search of terror, though terror is my own; I come in search of vengeance for crimes and crimes unknown. I care not for your children, I care not for your wives, I care not for your country, I care not for your lives." - (c) Jim Boyes - "The Avenging Angel"
