Just watched Bradford's last game against Oldham, which they won 54-22. Pretty much everything went through Joe Keyes, it's going to be a similar situation to the York game in that a hired hand from Hull KR is going to be the biggest threat against us, he's a really good goal kicker too.

Oldham made things easier for Bradford by repeatedly turning the ball over, their error rate was shocking and against one of the league's weakest defences Bradford just had to execute near the line.

Touch wood, our early-season handling errors have been massively improved in recent weeks, unfortunately it will be difficult to play an expansive game on that postage stamp of a pitch but depending on how much last weekend took out of our lads I'm still hopeful we'll be too classy for them, even with the dozen or so absentees.

So Dagger confirmed as being one of the Covid absentees, and we can only name 18.

First comment - with six players absent through Covid players, just one more positive test might mean the game doesn't go ahead.

Otherwise - the return of Halton clearly helps, but it's still very much a skeleton team. Halton to right back row and Harrison in the pack is the obvious likeliest move, though if Welham's fit Johnny D might get switched too.

The club has subsequently tweeted that Moors is isolating due to contact. That makes seven players misisng through Covid, but presumably either the on-loan Dagger, or Jimmy Beckett, doesn't class as one of our top 25-paid players as per the RFL Covid rules.

Fev 85-16 bulls so far this season free hit out for Bradford whose currently just the best of the rest. Fev named a 18 man squad only need 17 for a game so no issues there still super league class in the team.

bradford have there half back partnership out injured and as someone said went through Keyes against Oldham with only one reconised half all we can do.

I see another Fev win but closer than the other two games. Nilled us on a proper pitch so no chance scoring past you on are pitch.

   J.D will be ok at stand off on a tight pitch and will be able to help forwards in defence in the middle.I would have kept him at centre where he has done nothing wrong.Brown at 6 and Welham in the back row.Webster and Marshy have not been wrong yet so i will go along with them.Rovers by 10+.

walking out got told wasn’t allowed to walk round the back of the touchdown cause Fev fans was behind the sticks first time this season that’s happen says a lot.

I think we need the bloke that stands at the side of Bielsa for this one.
