I told him he's a disgrace to the user name Sir K S. NEVER has a good word to say about Fev.

He's a bit infantile and chooses to behave in a rather childish way to elicit a response. On Facebook he would be given some specific instructions that are out of place on this forum.

Best is to ignore him. I don't always follow my own advice. UTR

According to the all singing and dancing bradford fan

John Kear says some positive news is on the horizon for Bradford with the news that four players will be joining the club in the coming days. “If we have all four players available they'll be there or thereabouts for a place in the starting 17”

The Trout signing isn't one that will get the season tickets flying off the shelves but it does make sense when you think about it.

As the season goes on middles are going to be the hardest players to replace when injuries strike as every club seems desperate for them.

Moreover Leeds seem especially short of middles - they've got Holroyd, Oledzki, Prior, Tetevano, Cameron Smith and then the youngsters Mustapha and O'Connor. That's not a lot of depth at that position given you want either 5 or 6 in your 17 each week and I'd say they aren't going to be reliable for DR/loans from their middles.

We certainly reaped the dividends from having a deep squad last year and Trout can make a contribution, he had a really good year for Dewsbury in 2019 that earned him a SL contract with Hull KR, he's not a SL-level player but he can make a contribution at this level.

Looks like an impressive Leigh squad but a bit short on numbers especially in the forwards. Probably more signings to announce. The question is whether our squad is better on paper?

The question is surely whether our squad is better on the pitch. 😉

Any ideas at who we are hoping to get? The line up for next season is going to be very interesting. Just don't like the night games as I find driving in the dark a bit difficult. UTR

Not related to our squad any more but interesting to read that Thomas Minns has left Newcastle before playing a game with them and is training with Wakefield

There does seem to have been quite a few players who have signed for Newcastle but not hung around for long because of the distance from home, even though that has often been in Yorkshire.

Did similar at York before moving on to fev , loyalty in the modern game is priceless 😇

No he didn't, he signed for us on a trial and train contract and unfortunately broke his foot before getting a chance to play. The Knights have no issues at all with the lad.
