Looking forward to the regular visit to Wheldon Road again after covid removed the fixture last year.  Would have been the final fixture of the regular season too and it prevented Wakefield from completing their full fixture list.

Not sure if this fixture is the Adam Watene Trophy game?????

Fingers crossed that we can build on last week's win.  There should be a lot more away support than would have been anticipated straight after the Shudds debacle.

Later:  Just seen that we've got James Child in charge.  Another potential good game ruined.  When does he retire?

It was good to see a Trinity win last week and hopefully Willie has em fired up for this one but is this the last Cas/Trin game that Powell will coach, can’t imagine he’ll wanna lose this one. Anyway McShane will probably do the business on his own. Cas to win what I hope is a good close game.

I thought the clock was stopped automatically in the last 5 minutes of a game? Even then, Mr Child signalled time off before the hooter.
