Aston says he won't allow his players to play other than at weekends now, taking into account his "duty of care" responsibilities. He has always been very strong on ethical issues, as everybody knows. Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change. As I understand it john theve got till the 19th of September to complete , can't understand why they will play it neither side can make the playoffs or be relegated.
