Illustrated one of my pet theories. i.e. if teams used various types of short kick-off throughout the game, they`d get at least a 50% return.

Only downside now is that when the ball goes over the touchline it`s a slow-motion PTB rather than a scrum. Terrible, dreadful rule. The NRL are supposed to be reviewing this year`s rule changes. Fervently hope that one will be reversed.
