Thats OK, we dont mind the occasional swipe (in good taste). Glad we are back playing each other, just wish it could have been in the championship.

Anita: I've had a premonition and I've already seen the score of the Law Cup.

And, guess what, I'm afraid to tell you the score.   Don't want to upset you.

Disagree 100%. Having a strategic marketing background I can say Roughyeds is totally marketable. Just needs bit of imagination. It is more than a nickname. It is the essence of the professional club in Oldham.

Could it be both?

Could the bear be 'Roughyed the bear 🐻

2nd round of the challenge cup could be I treating, two good teams fight it out to face us, Thatto Heath have been the best amateur side around for several years, we will need to be switched on

I think it was a few seasons ago we nearly came unstuck against an amateur side. Forgot which one it was.

Thatto Heath are a very good side.

However the odds are further against the amateurs since they switched to summer.

For a period when they were mid season and the pros just warming up it was very dodgy.

Oldham will still need to play well, though.

Yes they are, some of the amateur clubs will provide very good opposition for any league 1 club. There could be a potential banana skin somewhere.
