We reciecved a cheque this morning to compensate for the 96 or so hours we were without power following storm arwen. Got to admit, it's more than I was expecting. I have not had payouts as much as that,if only but have had a few cheques from banks and power companies for a poor service,usually a few of about £50.00 or so. Better than nothing I guess. With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. If you max out your ISA contributions for the next 116 million years then you can shelter that from tax and probably have a reasonably comfortable retirement. I could have tried my luck and changed it at the bank but something told me this was something special. So I framed it.It is something that to me is priceless and has a pride of place.
