That wouldn't be good for folk who've already booked digs for the weekend.  😬

That's chance you take in winter, we were nearly there on Sunday morning and they announced a pitch inspection at 1030,luckily it was on but we were staying anyway.

To dangerous for people at 65 mile gusts.

We live in Caithness where we are used to gales and when it's that bad we get power cuts and damage. OK up to 50,s but 60,s needs to be cancelled for safety.

Disappointed for people travelling who have booked digs but that's the trouble when summer rugby is moved to the winter. No shelter in the popular side with gales from the west. The pitch looked spoiled after last week and will be all mud if it does go ahead and should be a safety decision for the police or Council.

They will probably make a decision  BEFORE Sunday , they have enough notice.

I think its something to do with not clashing with PL football Kick off times on  Sunday  afternoon.

We've moved our home game with London to Saturday because Leeds are playing Man Utd  at 2pm on the Sunday - APPARENTLY! There is millions of Leeds and Man U supporters in Fev though lol.

The popular side is covered the length of the pitch  agreed Mr Chrome  but open to the west  which is where the gales and rain are to come from.

At 65mph you can't stand up to get there. Fortunately the forecast shows the worst gales after the match  but 50 plus is still dangerous for us old timers.

It sure sounds bad then....but I did think the similar conditions last Sunday helped Town somewhat.

It’s a tricky one do you want the game on to try and build on the momentum of last week but potentially have the gate impacted by the bad weather or do you want it called off and have a home fixture later on in the season to boost revenue?

One baffling  thing about the weather for Sunday is according to the BBC met office 60mph winds for Workington but 30mph winds for Whitehaven ?Same coast 8 miles apart someones wrong somewhere !

Even the wind doesn’t wanna go there
