North Wales Crusaders have had a very good pre-season beating Hunslet and Swinton and putting 30 points on a decent Sheffield Eagles team. I'm hoping we can carry this form into the League 1 season and start with a win - it will be hard fought but definitely doable. Crusaders by 4 points

Elsewhere:- Hunslet, Doncaster, Oldham and Swinton.

Hurricanes have looked strong pre-season and have pretty much a full squad going into Sunday. Think they'll give Dons a hard time and might even snatch a win

Can't wait to set off for Doncaster despite it never being a happy day out for Coventry Bears fans. Expect Hurricanes to be competitive this season so will travel with hope.

I think it's a real shame there's stoll no coverage of these games, even any online as far as I can tell, as I think it's going to be a belting league this year.

Oldham match is free on Our League. Every Cornwall match, home and away is On too.
