Josh Johnsin and Jack Wells

I wonder if these two are available to us for Sunday's game? It's going to be yet another tough physical encounter and I think we may well need the extra firepower they would provide as, by Crestas own admission, our bench is a bit light atm

I shall eat my words. I see jack wells has gone to Widnes on loan for 2 weeks, surely a prop would of been very handy for us at the moment.

Where's Ethan Kelly gone too? Not featured much has he?

I would be very suprised to see Morgan Escare at Barrow but that being said he is good mates with Miloudi. Be good to see Danny Langtree back on Sunday, he was fantastic in the first few games.

Maybe Covid has struck 🤔

It does tend to suggest an emergency sticking plaster.

The fact we've felt the need to bring in a fullback/hooker on loan suggests an immediate need in those areas. If that's the case, I'll settle for a quality loanee rather than chopping the team around too much.

Ryan Johnston can play hooker, but then who goes in the halves? Gary Wheeler can play in the halves, but then who plays in the backs? Etc etc.

Is it? Or is it the perceived quality of the player offered?

There is that, I suppose. We shall see tomorrow.

I'd rather be in a position where we can actually bring in fresh faces rather then where Workington are, for example - severely stretched but seemingly unable to bring anyone in.
