The Roosters defence was superb , apart from deliberately being offside near their line . At least twice they denied a pass for a clear try by giving away an offside set restart . I’ve said before the NRL really need to look at this , it’s just to repetitive . Teams endlessly giving away restarts early in a count near their own line . They must look at full penalties , binnings and even penalty tries at times because the extra tackle is no punishment or deterrent . Teams are gladly copping it . A number of times a team is 2 points down or all square , a kick at goal may be welcomed
