Wakefield Ram Posted July 22, 2022 Share Posted July 22, 2022 (edited) We have had long term injuries to Turner, Peltier, Magrin, Annakin, Ferguson and others so a lot of these extra players have been short term cover for long term injuries. Winning teams tend to have a settled team, players more likely to play with an injury and they are successful because they don't suffer the same level of injuries. And if you're losing, coaches tend to drop players, sign players to try and change things. But Workington and Featherstone have used the same number of players so it's not quite clear cut. Wakefield Ram Posted July 23, 2022 Share Posted July 23, 2022 At Michael Knowles evening, LF said he'd passed next stage of head test to start non-contact training again but another check or checks before contact training and then playing, so may not make the WC.
