He's very popular with fans and seems to do a lot in the community but he is just so far off what you need to be challenging at the top end of the table unfortunately.

Saw this rumour, would make sense as it's looking like we'll have O'Donnell, Halton, Hughes, Holmes, Baxter and Brogan all capable of playing back row next season. Just hope Oldham aren't gambling everything on promotion this year which is far from a done deal.

LAchie Miller confirmed on a 3 year deal to the Rhinos.

Really pleased with this signing, he's had an unusual route to RL but looks very rapid and elusive runner, should go well in SL, we've needed some pace for a long while, can play 1 or 6

He was on a 3 year deal at Newcastle and only signed this year '23, the question is why is he leaving so soon, previously at Cronulla only managed 7 games, making 18 NRL appearances in total.

I wouldn't go overboard as you seem to be doing till has played a few games.

He's leaving because he's behind Kalyn Pongia. I'm not sure I've gone 'overboard'.

Also, Jai Field had played fewer NRL games, these sorts of players tend to go well in SL and the Knights fans seem to be disappointed he's going.

will be 30 next year - only played 18 NRL games - dropped instantly by the knights as soon as Ponga is fit and no other place for him - do we never ever learn with these  sort of signings? where are our homegrown talents?

Because he was signed as a first choice fullback and the Ponga to 6 experiment failed so he lost his spot.
