Be a tough handicap for the bookies to set Barrow v Fev.

Fev have hammered Barrow twice this year but Barrow are in good form.

Both have played Leigh, York, Widnes and Whitehaven in July/August and the margin in victory and defeat has been pretty similar in all games.

Bit worried by Fev putting 70 past Dewsbury, does this mean a lot of players are back?

I'd guess Fev by 12 but praying for a Barrow win as puts us favourites for a 4th place finish in my book.

A Barrow win gives you a great shout of getting 3rd and puts a bit of pressure on Fax to go to Widnes and get a result or to beat Fev at home which we never do.

Interesting week.

I expect London now they are officially safe to probably put the cue on the rack, Haven to beat the bulls to finally also claim safety, nervous win for the Rams, but it won't be enough. Would not be surprised to see Sheffield beat Widnes either

Can't see Newcastle putting any fight up against us now after todays news.

Actually feel sorry for some of their players, I wonder if they were anticipating img two leagues of ten coming in a bit sooner , the faffing about really doesn’t help the championship who have to budget on an ever moving set of goal posts .

Spot on. I said similar when the 2x10 was first mooted. Somebody was going to get their fingers burnt and it seems to be Newcastle are the first. 🤔

Eagles have given Widnes a couple of kickings in recent years. IIRC, though, they have only ever won once at Widnes, in 1990. The home team that day had a full complement of 7 international players in the backs - Stuart Spruce, Alan Tait, Martin Offiah, Jonathan Davies, Andy Currier, Paul Hulme and Darren Wright.

Next one is Batley v Dewsbury on Monday 29th, which is a pretty uninspiring choice considering the current state Dewsbury are in.

BUT you forget L it's the Heavy Woolen Derby  :kolobok_yahoo:

Yeah Ollie Roberts bought a house up there before he singned for them so to do this to someone only a short time after them signing is a bit lousy.
