Bar near the ground appears to have shut down so very little pre-match supping for Salford fans. Ironically it's €5.50 for a pint in the ground but €7+ in Perpignan centre! No cider though so having to make do with some nasty white wine.

Looks like Catalans aren't far off full strength so gonna be a tough one tonight. Hopefully Thaler is able to block out the constant Tomkins whingeing and not be swayed by the partisan home support as well.

Oh and whoever is the Catalan groundsman they are stealing a living. The pitch is shocking and there are more divots than my local muni after I've played 18 holes!
