On a serious note, Anita, where are you playing next season?

Ground rental has been budgeted for this year as opposed to being an unforeseen increase last year. Hornets squad has been strengthened in all the key positions that were not good enough last year. The Hornets have improved year on year with the new management and I expect no different this year! Having said that, I hope Oldham come to the party with us this year.

Hunslet Parkside seem to be signing very well. I fear for our half backs if we donā€™t get two strong ball carrying prop forwardsĀ

bang on mr 3 loose forwards 3 hookers why. and at the moment 3 props.

you need at least 5 good props to compete.

Loose forwards play mostly as "middles" these days.

Why wouldnt you sign 3 hookers when ideally 2 are used per game?

Don't involve myself in rumours I always wait until the ink is dry on the contract. It avoids disappointment.

I do think we are short of at least 2 big props or middles as the pundits call them.

Apart from that the squad seems much improve from last season.

Heard rumours Mick Ward was due to come back to his home town club after Ireland snub. would have enjoyed to see moi moi in a Oldham jersey worth the ticket admission alone when Iā€™ve seen him play against us, any other experienced prop forwards on the market ?Ā

He signed a new Batley deal after the world cup. I agree we are a bit short at prop but overall the recruitment to date has been good and definitely a big improvement on last year.
