It says ‘new’ signing so I am guessing someone who has played before for us

You know, I noticed the parentheses as well. Is that to emphasise that it is a new player or to emphasise it's a 'new' but old former player as you say? 🤔

Fullback - Morgan

Wing - Ah Van

Centre -  Hartley

Utility Back - Paga

Half back - Ridyard, Sheridan

Prop - Nelmes

Hooker - Slater, Wilkinson

Second Row - Cameron, Thornton, Meadows

Loose Forward - Whittel

Squad = 13

  • Thanks 1

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

I remember back in the day, we had Charlie Mac and Roundy in the second row, but we also had Keith Newton and Shaun Allen. They could be described as journeymen but together they formed a formidable second row. I think the players announced so far are going to give us such cover.

Good shout and what a team that was. Fordy, Brett Clark, Johnny Cogger, John Fieldhouse and a young Tommy Martyn to name just a few.
