Not having a singer for the games at the world cup, especially for teams like Greece and Jamaica in their first competitions, is a disgracefully cheap outcome.

Normally announced near the end of the match, when it has been counted. This isn't Rugby union, you know, where the attendance is posted well before kickoff.

The very fact that Greece, along with Lebanon and Jamaica are in the world cup is surely a positive that we should be talking about, especially Greece considering the game was illegal 6 months ago, not how many empty seats there are?

 

At least it's not being played in silence like the England and NZ games.
