Summer Bash.

I suggest the kneets will get nothing out of this and if the council are running it it will run at a loss. There will be zilch media coverage apart from the local  rag which is based nowhere near york

Success at the Bash S is all down to the RFL and what they have got planned, has nowt to do with York all you can DO is put in is as much as you can to beat us FEV

I am sure York as a club will work and assist the RL to make sure the event is a success

Good point although I expect the club would assist if asked. Something the club really need to work on is the social media interaction with fans, not just our own fans but opposing teams who ask questions about the weekend.

No they won't you are just another team playing at the Bash and will be treated as such by the RFL the RFL will be working with GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited) and the City of York Council who make up York Stadium Management Company (SMC) not YORK RLFC KNIGHTS

So we as a club cannot ask GLL for the use of one of the 5 aside pitches in front of the stadium to host pop up bars and food stalls ? as that is what we are discussing here what our club can do to make the w/end a success not just for us but for everyone. The RFL will only have dealt with SMC and GLL , not the council who have enough on there plate which is why York and many other councils around the country use them .

Stop being so negative , if you assume our Chairman is going to sit on his hands and not do anything to not only  promote the bash but also shine a light on the stadium and York in general as a good place to hold the bash this year you are deluded.
