I reckon the Duchess of Kent may have given Kate a bit of personal engagement training.

Bloody hell. Shake their hands and move along.

It'll take her 10 minutes to realise Bateman is speaking English.

Wow we moan at the quality of the guest of honours at RL game,we finally get royalty who shows a real interest in the players taking part & the mascots who might go on to emulate those players & we still whinge, only in Rugby League.

Is there two people more contrasting than Kate and Samkins? 😂

OK, I'm going with Sandi Toksvig and Giant Haystacks.

Fair play IMO. Real engagement from the Princess of Wales.

Agree. I think it's great to see her taking the time to chat to the players and kids and looking like she actually wants to be there.

Princess of Wales more interesting talking with the children.

Not the case. I've timed her, counted the words, registered her level of interest using facial expression AI and it's shows she was 67.889% interested in the players.

Nah. I don't whinge about it. I've no time for the royals. I'll give her credit for at least looking like she's interested though.

Jimmy Ngutlik facing off against Dom Young. Could be fun.
