Hello everyone,

We’ve priced up for London away on 5th February. Due to needing 2 drivers, it is quite expensive unsurprisingly.

To be able to run we’ll need at least 35 people. We’ve come up with a stepped pricing plan which is as follows:

Full bus (£52) - £25 each
45-52 people £30 each
38-45 people £35 each
35-37 people £40 each

If anyone is interested, please either DM me or contact Mick Gothard (07516 302665) or Mick Binks (07581 158177).

We need to know really by the week ending 11th December, so people can make alternative arrangements should we not have enough to run a bus.

Cheers
Nick

Just to confirm that the coach has now been formally booked. Still lots of spaces left so please pass on the word. It would be a fantastic achievement if we could fill it.

Travel details and times to be confirmed early in the new year too.

27 people booked on and paid the initial ‘deposit’ of £30 at this juncture. With several more confirming that they would like a place on the coach. The details for the deposit for those that haven’t yet paid this are as follows:

Name: Michael Binks

Sort code: 11-00-37

Account number: 10687564

We’ve already paid for the coach so would ideally like to have the money transferred in advance, rather than in cash on the day. Albeit do appreciate too that not everyone uses internet banking.

The more we get the lower the final individual cost is too of course, based on the pricing ‘list’ in the initial message.

Cheers

Just to confirm for those booked on the Batley Independent Away Travel coach, it's a 7.45am meet on Sunday at the Woodman, Batley Carr, with a 8am departure.

We've also booked into the (ironically named) pub below when we get to Wimbledon:

The Woodman

They have reserved us several tables and advised that anyone who wants food should order as soon as we arrive in case the kitchen is busy. Albeit once we park up, people can of course choose to head to wherever they want to, if they fancy doing something different to this, etc.

Setting off back then at 5.30pm.

We'll probably have a couple of 10 minute stops each way for people to stretch their legs, etc. But the coach has got a toilet too.

Cheers

Nick

The stadium appears by the reading to be cashless, disgraceful but there you are, beware.

Yes that's why I bought my ticket earlier in the week for £12.50.
