This week Murray has gone I can get the points he has been scoring with Jackson Ford who is a lot cheaper. With the money saved there and the 200k I had in the bank do I bring in Tapine in the front row or upgrade to Grant at hooker.

Who do you think has more upside between Grant and Tapine...that's the question.

I have a golden rule : never select a forward who is being coached by Ricky Stuart. They tend to play reduced minutes or get benched on a whim, with little regard for form.

I went with Tapine over Haas when I traded Cotter out. He pumped out his best score of the season so far (67) playing the most minutes he has all season (56) and we saw a rise in his base too in round 4 (65). I think he's going to keep on improving but the minutes are a concern. If he can see around 60 minutes each week then I'll be happy because I know how consistent he is. He's a points per minute monster.

I did go for Tapine he was a constant for me last season just couldn't afford him at the start of the season also unless injured he will remain in my team restt of season with no soo to worry about.

Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

What’s with the ‘Murray has gone’ phrase? Have you just decided to swap him for Ford, or is there something wrong with Cameron?

Genuinely conflicted this week. After the miserable score I managed last time I should be making major changes, but I actually think I have a team that could score 1200 plus. Twist or stick?

Go with your gut. No need to trade out cheapies who are making money. No need to go in early on guys like Hosking, for example, who has only played one game (despite killing it), so you can have another look at him as his price won't change.

At this stage stick.

I've stuck so far, but might twist before Saturday's games if things don't go ok tomorrow!

I think the key question for the coming week is whether J'maine Hopgood remains HopGod or becomes HopGone. The return of Ryan Matterson seems to be having an adverse effect and this could deteriorate further with the imminent return of Shaun Lane. Anyone else considering cashing in the profit made to date?

I’m certainly considering cashing Hoppy in.

There are some potential money makers still available in the 2nd row. Wish there were more in the front row.

Thoughts on Adam Douehi? Who can he be sold to, whilst still leaving an option to trade up to Nicho after the Sharks bye?

I see many people going from Hopgood>Hosking this week.

Last week I considered trading Doueihi out for Schuster to free up cash, but if I do trade Doueihi out it would very likely be for Munster. In order to fund that move I'd downgrade one of my 2RF for Schuster.

I have Schuster and could switch him from the 2nd row, but if I headed towards Munster then Nicho is out of reach for the foreseeable. Hoping to free up $100k this week and another similar amount next.

Or is Nicho not so vital if I could strengthen 2 other positions?

Captain this week. I’d probably go with Nathan Cleary, but I don’t have him!😀

Cleary and Turbo (if you have them) might just cancel each other out. A Bronco or Eel might have the highest ceiling this week. Or, how about a punt on one of the Storm backs Graham?

Maybe or maybe Haas as a Bronco against Raiders…

I am tempted by a Bronco, but not necessarily Haas.
