Looks like it did.  But my guess not because of the topic, it kept being pulled into another area.  The mods were encouraging people just to talk about brawls!

Was always going to happen when the biggest RL story of the week is banned from discussion. A very puzzling policy decision from the mods.

They are the moderators and it is their choice.

This website is great and not least because of the work they do so I am ok with it.

It's not really puzzling and they have explained why. The mods do a great job on here and do their upmost to keep things on topic.

I personally have deleted the video FOUR times from this site, three times on threads nothing to do with the guy. $deity knows how many times John has done it.

This site has always aimed for PG rating. Seeing that on the site is 100% most definitely not PG.

The brawls thread was fine, just, it did the job and may be a bit out of date with modern rugby league, but it was one we had shrugged at and let go. TOO many times though people just could not, and would not, listen on the subject.

We've made the choice that it's now a taboo subject because people will not stop posting the video.

Its on YT that, I will find it. The one where Sam Barlow feigned injury and was texting the Fax lads later that nite giving them a bit of banter. Also Dane manning is just someone who you can't imagine it would be fun to fight, he just looks like he could literally fight for hours. 🤣

Rugby league story makes it into Daily Mail, Sun exclusive interview, and even onto LBC yet is somehow not even allowed to be discussed on a specialist rugby league forum, linked to the "trade press". 

I fully understand that idiots posting links to the video were way out of line, but to actively block all discussion of the game's biggest story is beyond strange. 

Only my opinion though.

Thanks for at least clarifying. 

It seemed really weird but I completely get it if that is the reason.
