Hi mate, are these predictions or do you have the sports almanac from Back to the Future and should we get down to the bookies? 😉

May be a number of journalists and television crews in the area of the Cornwall game to tempt to the ground.

Decent win-lose predictions. Other than: having watched a useful Westgate Common side in the first round, I can see them beating GB Police (an unknown quantity to me, admittedly).

Might go to Rochdale on Sunday, although I struggle to see how Skolars will be competitive.

Doncaster-Oldham ought to be a decent game, but spectating at a virtually empty Keepmoat is not a great experience. Especially if you're a neutral. Tattersfield? There in a flash.

Can see Mayfield and Hull Dockers winning.

If there's to be a shock result these are the two most likely. Mayfield will certainly give Cornwall a run for their money. Think Hurricanes will edge it in the end but the Dockers squad is packed full of talent and experience and the result could go either way.

If GB Police are anything like their Masters RL team, they dont train regularly together due to coming from different Police forces across the country. If Westgate are the well-drilled side you have watched then I'd expect them to win.

The BBC stream has started. Looks like a nice day for some Rugby down in the South-West.

I just saw a banner that says, 'up the choughs' on it. Now I don't know about other places but round here that phrase means something very different. I'm presuming Cornwall are nicknamed the choughs.

Different spelling.😀

Also, Padge just got a mention by a kitchen- based Dave Woods.

Pretty frustrating that the people behind Cornwall decide to set up a team there but can’t or won’t put the cash in to be competitive. It not good enough to say its a long way away, you knew that when they set up shop there.

Maybe because it’s more than just throwing money at it?

I stopped taking parcels in for my next door neighbour. When it got to 2 or 3 a week I was taking in, even when I knew for a fact she was in I'd had enough.

Getting battered every game ends any potential fan base. What is being built if you get smashed every game?

And yet their fan base remains steady and is even growing

It was mentioned in commentary - Nobby accepted a delivery during the match.
