Challenge Cup third round draw

I bet the lads at Thatto Heath are licking their lips at this fixture. Last time we played a CC game at their place they deservedly won. Lets hope its not a repeat this time around. Looking forward to going back to Thatto as we always get a great welcome there.

Can anyone tell me if west gate common use tickets on a match day? 
seen a couple things floating around about it. 
does the away side get an allocation if so. Very curious to see how that works at an amateur level

Wests v Widnes has been switched to Widnes. Saturday 3pm KO.

Looks like Wasps FC have home games for men and women that day. Perhaps it makes more sense for an amateur club to make a few k profit rather than hiring a ground at short notice? It is a shame though.

Yes, it's a pity not to play the game in London.

To be fair, a pretty quick decision made by the clubs.

With sensible ticket pricing should be a decent attendance, which will help Wests progress.

I know one of the players and he said they wanted to play at Widnes in front of a much bigger crowd than they could have got in London , apparently Skolars & Broncos offered to host the game

Your probably looking at 1,000 - 1,200 or so at Widnes, not great but probably more than down South.  Still a pity they couldn't stage it down there though.

Gate receipts shared from Round 2 onwards less specific prior deductions ( see Operational Rules for Challenge Cup finances ) make it potentially much more attractive to travel to a Pro venue for Community clubs , especially non heartland ones.
