Castleford were so bad last week that the only way they were going to win was in a scruffy game where effort counted for more than skill.

They succeeded in turning it into that game whereas Leeds singularly failed to get the game into the sort of game that would have suited them. Not pretty but I enjoyed the contest.

Leeds consistently inconsistent and cas were slightly better tonight. Not a great quality game overall. Surprised some wakey fans wanted cas to win with relegation looming

Would like to say working a late today was an example of my better decision making but it wasn't...
