No need to apologise at all. The constant bickering between Town and Haven fans is always entertaining. 😁

We'll be down there in a couple of weeks, then you can feel involved 😂

It'll be fun for you to be in a crowd for once 😎👍

Unbelievable effort to the 14 that pulled shirts on and got that result. Out of curiosity do the haven fans want to stay up or think the best thing is going down and regrouping and getting a winning side back on the field to draw buggers crowds in?

Stop up as a fan, going down might help us to regroup. Talking to people at Dewsbury yesterday quite a few felt it could be the death of us.

Honestly, I'd rather stay up and try and re-build whilst in the championship. If that brings relegation next year then so be it, but personally I'd prefer to try and re-build in the championship

I'd cut the cloth definitely but do it in the championship where you get teams coming to you with a decent following rather than no fans with some of the teams in L1, like I said, if that leads to relegation then so be it but I'd rather go down with a fight

You've had a fight all right. Unfortunately, it's been between your board of directors, your coaching staff and your playing squad.

Would the haven fans still turn up if you have a season like Dewsbury this year? Or Workington a couple of years ago?

If you’re getting gates around the 3/400 mark some weeks while having a respectable season, what would it drop to?

If we went local they would, people will turn up to watch their mates/family play. But it would also need a proper business plan in place with a forecast for the best case scenario and the worst case, that to me is where as a club we're falling down but hopefully 🤞 lessons have been learned and whoever new comes into the BoD brings that with them.

That being said, I'd still prefer to stay in the championship 🤣

People keep quoting Haven gates of less than 400 - this has happened ONCE this season on a Saturday afternoon vs Toulouse when many other attractions were on at the same time in the area. Gates are poor and most games its about 700 unless its the better supported teams such as Wakefield or Bradford. Most other teams now bring less than a bus full including teams such as Barrow & York. I know its up to the home team to generate the crowds and not rely on away support but the population of Whitehaven is just over 20k whilst Barrow population is 66k.  Getting more locals back in the team helps with gates but to be competitive in The Championship you do need some travellers or oversees players as well.
