No surprise at all that result. Oldham have assembled a top end Championship squad in League 1 and are spending more by all accounts than Dewsbury and Keighley who previously romped this league in 2023 and 2022.

Overwhelming bookies favourites to outright win League 1 and Mike Ford has gone on record with the aim of not losing a game and averaging over 50 points per game.

Keighley also spending big and quite clear second favourites with the bookies.

You've signed some good lads from us. They might not necessarily have fitted in to the new regime's plans for this year at Oldham, but they'll all do good jobs for you.
