        Yes Bill was a very good centre or stand off with Wigan and Oldham.He went to Normanton grammer school at the same time as a  mate of mine.Mick Morgan was also there at that time.Condolences to family and friends RIP.

When it comes to putting together obituaries, celebrating their former internationals, Wales Rugby League does a great job. 

On the same subject, those compiled by St Helens, Warrington and Wigan are excellent, also.

When I was at school Normanton Grammar were feared by all the Yorkshire Union schools teams. RIP
