Be lot tougher than some people might think, steady team Swinton who are prone to putting in unbelievable performances such as Toulouse away, proper Jekyll n Hyde team, cause may be helped by rumours that Dec Patton may be heading to Fev for remainder of the season

Patton has left, increases our chances.

Announced on Swintons Facebook this morning. Will definitely cause disruption but still be a really tough game.

We have also signed a hooker from Salford on temp loan to cover wood.

Hopefully it is for Smith, I thought it was for Wood as he went off injured against Fax.

That is a great pick up he's been very good for Salford and is only out of there team because he's turned them down to sign for Hull FC next year.

Tee is in the 21-man squad along with Bennison for Saints v Salford on Sunday, .

One or the other will play right-wing in Makinson's 4-6 week absence.

Ritson is also named in Swinton's 21.

Good win today guys, don't know what's going on at Swinton with getting rid of patton but they could get pulled into this dogfight after their promising start

They're well and truly in the dog fight.

Looks like it's 1 of us, Haven, Swinton, Fax, York, Batley and Doncaster joining Dewsbury to go down. Such a competitive season.

Hopefully both Haven and Barrow just keep grinding out good results, in previous years we'd be saying both of us would be safe with a couple more wins, this year we could need another 5/6 wins!!

How many games do dual reg players need to play to allow them to play after August deadline?

They need to play 4 games. Douglas, Makin and Forber have qualified and we aim to get a couple more games into Ryan Brown in the next few weeks. Kavan Rothwell is out with a slight hamstring injury and he is also on loan for the whole season and could play as long as he isn't recalled.
