The attendance at the second State Of Origin match in Australia  this week was 90,084. How many fans do you think would turn up for Lancashir v Yorkshire in this country. Our game is slowly dying. The womens State of Origin match attracted over25,000. That's double what most Super League clubs can attract.

And the 90,000 was at a neutral venue a long way from either sides home.
