Nero
There seems to be plenty of people on here who know how to coach a team! Why not give Muzza some advice?

havenhater
Can't see Murray staying beyond this season. Off the field, improvements are brilliant, but on field we haven't progressed and unfortunately the overseas and sammuts experiments this year haven't worked. Is tabu still with us? Towniefan11
Who is making the decisions regarding the signings we have made? By all accounts it isn’t Murray.
Peter Winthorpe
Watched the video of the Oldham game on YouTube and was impressed how competitive we were. Despite the result there was not a lot between the teams. We could have ran them close with a bit of luck. 1

Do you know what Ron I reckon we've all seen areas that are poor and he either can't or the players aren't taking any notice..either way we get to this point every couple of years and same as all the others ..lose this amount of games and you'll be over the bridge and not be coming back. Defeat on Sunday could make it even sooner. Good coach or not ,excuses and praising the other team don't get you points. I remember the mid/late 80s when we were this bad but a good coach called Norman Turley got us to the top of the table albeit briefly, with a team scraped together. This team has much more talent as individuals than that group. Edited July 4 by homeandawayer

As a group of fans we're entitled to give an opinion on the team and how there performing, and how there performing this year is pretty awful at times, average at there best. It's got to a point for applauding there efforts after losing by 24 points to Oldham and by 19 points to Keighley, both at home where we've always been strong. This squad shouldn't be where it's at, anyone thinking otherwise needs to visit a doctor urgently. We've now lost 6 in a row, and that includes a hammering at Rochdale, losing at home to hunslet and midlands, and a complete collapse when in control to crusaders, please explain any of these issues that point to the coach delivering and coaching and organising the players the way he should be, I don't have to be Wayne Bennett to tell you that Murray should be on borrowed time 3 the futures bright, the futures blue and white

Absolutely, Norman Turley and also Ray Ashton turned the club around with a few very clever signings

Of course we have. The injuries haven't forced matty Henson(our best hooker by a mile) to be used as the smallest battering ram we could have. That team we had out last week vs keighley shouldn't be conceding 25 unanswered points.if your happy with that then Murray is the coach for you, but as a supporter who knows we shouldn't be propping up a dreadful league with Cornwall and Newcastle, the investments the club has made, that the blue knights have made, we should be better, we have to be better. We should not be missing out on the playoffs when there's teams like midlands, crusaders, Rochdale and Hunslet all tucked in there. 3 the futures bright, the futures blue and white
ivans82
Unfortunately Workington seems to be the graveyard for RL coaches . Chris Thorman apart the previous coaches have one thing in common , they never get a professional coaches job again , namely Dave Clark ,Leon Pryce ,Phil Veivers....you can even go back to Rob Tew if you want.....the next coach whoever it is beware .
havenhater
Rotherham got a good job with rl. Jonty and charlo went to haven. Thorman stayed in the championship. Pryce has had a few number 2 gigs. Vievers I cannot understand, never got kept in the pro game.

We were going places expecting to win with loads of confidence . Byrne and McKenzie were just inspired pick ups
