Stronger than expected squad named by Warrington, but I feel it;s just mind games from Burgess.   A lot of the injured players were quoted as weeks away from returning last week.   The youngsters have been turning up well, so I'd rather see them get an extended run and ease the big guns back in slowly ready for the playoffs.

No French or Field means Wigan lose a lot of options for me, especially with X factor French who can produce something out of nothing, because these two are missing I will go for a Wire victory, but it will still be close enough.

Both teams look to have some players missing but still able to field some top players. I'd hope that Wigan respond after the performance last week, but I also have a feeling that this could be the start of our first really difficult spell of the season. Most teams go through rough patches and we've been fortunate not to have one given we've had the WCC and Cup final to contend with.

The last few games have shown we've got a real weakness on our right edge with Farrimond and Nsemba in defence and I'm a bit concerned about how we shore that side up. If Wire can stretch our defence and put runners back inside they could have some real joy down that side. I think if we're going to win a lot rests on the performance of the front row and Harry Smith. Put them under pressure and restrict metres in defence and keep pinning them back with kicks and we could come out on top.

I feel like Wire have gone up a level since we beat them in the cup though and they will be looking to prove it. I think Wire will win by 10.

Gutted that Fitzgibbon and King aren't playing after being named. 

Fitzgibbon has been huge this season, an absolute menace and brilliant to watch when he's on your side. 

Anyway, both teams are missing big names so it's a tough call. As long as we stay in the fight for 70 mins we might have a chance against a champion team.
