Shaggy Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 It's a no from me on the Fev shirt. The traditional Fev shirt is a classic. Don't mess with it. 8 Do not fear; only BELIEVE
tuutaisrambo Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 New Fev Kit PROs 1. It's Navy and White (a little cyan in the trim but I'll let them off) 2. Decent main sponsor that doesn't ruin the shirt and all other sponsors are nicely integrated in either Navy or White to match the design. 3. It has a concept, not just a pattern for the sake of it (see nearly every SL away kit). 4. it's Hummel..... a brand with a little more street cred (certainly outside RL compared to Ellgren) and their use of chevrons in their designs suits Rugby League. 5. this is now 2 seasons in a row without our traditional butchers striped jersey so we should get that next season. CONs 1. Looks more like a one off charity/event type kit than the main home jersey. 2. It's not the traditional Fev Butchers stripes.....A kit unique in pro rugby (not just League).......it's our brand....we should own it and always use it IMO. Decent enough in the end........7/10 Bring on the jazzy neon pink away kit in January 5

Archie Gordon Posted November 23, 2024 Posted November 23, 2024 Some of these away and third shirts are just bright, shiny, derivative efforts. When two SL teams play each other in magenta and cyan, it's like watching an unlicenced knock-off product. I expect to see Castlefield vs Huddersland in the corner of the screen on Sly Sports. We have the colours and designs, associated with clubs over decades - just use them. 3

Nope, a packed event with supporters. club officials, players, sponsors etc, if your going to try and be funny make it better than that please, that's a poor effort. Worzel Posted November 24, 2024 Posted November 24, 2024 Hull KR’s training shirt ahead of the pre-season friendly in Amsterdam. Nice touch this, in the style of the Guillit & Van Basten era Euro88 kit, with the NRLB logo too. 3

Actually like that, visions of MVB volleying into the top corner from an impossible angle, when football used to be entertaining. 1
