Just thinking that Leeds would be happy to go in only 10 down and Mimorivski (sp?) tips the ball up for them to run another in.

Leeds have got over the early shock and look a bit better organised (despite that late try), but they need to show a lot more penetration in attack. It looks like they are just trying to contain Wigan and nothing else right now.

Bentley was rattled by French selling him a penalty, then rushed out to completely miss Ellis' run.

Bridge too far this for Leeds it seems, not got nearly enough the strength up the middle (by "design") and at the top level this gets exposed. Hopefully a good off season and maybe a bit of recruitment that can be done will alleviate that next year.

Yeah one more season of transition and we'll definitely be competing at top of mid table.

You can say that again.

The TRL forum's "next page" glitch strikes again! I know I've been caught out by it often enough. :kolobok_wink:

Huge pass from Smith, chip forward from French, and Miski arcs infield to make the conversion easier.

Tyler Dupree off with a shouldular ouchie.

I like the look of Alfie Edgehill, despite him spilling that last bomb. He's done well under huge pressure and I get a sort of Gary Broadbent vibe from him.

Harry Smith having a fantastic game tonight. Just what he needs after a frustrating spell before his suspension. Good that he's showing his quality at this stage of the seasonh.

Wigan far too strong, theyve done us a favour really as weee not good enough for the playoffs

If any team looks like they'd benefit from a longer off-season, it's Leeds. Get the new coach and his strategies settled in, integrate the promising youngsters more and start the 2025 season as fully prepped as possible.

For the sake of all parties Leeds need to let Oledski and Newman go. Both players need a fresh start. Just think what Wigan could do with Oledski.

Bevan French given man of the match by the sponsors but Harry Smith yet again putting it on plate. Great performance from Smith and he should definitely get Sky's man of the match.

Wondering if, with Walmsley becoming more of a bit-part player these days, St Helens might have a sniff at Oledski, because you're right that he looks stale for a 25-year-old.

Stale is certainly a word I've thought of. The whole club has reeked of it. Blease and Arthur have a big job on to change this but I have faith that they will

Wonderful display from Harry Smith, really good from most of Wigan team. Their props have looked mobile and very fit.

Leeds weak across the back row of the scrum and centres, and needing  a dominant figure in the front row for the others to play off. Big Mik hasn’t quite got back to the form from before his shoulder injury.

We need more forwards, letting our only decent forward go would be stupid.

Hes also playing with a rib injury

I'm sure I heard exactly the same thing from Leeds last year!

Oledski is another in the long line of young world beaters, those who start off like an house on fire then struggle to live up to the billing they have been given.
