shrewsbury roughyed
Have I missed the voting for Fans’ Player of the Season? Haven’t seen anything yet. A very strong list of possibilities. Unlike the last few (more than few) years when thee have been 2-3 contenders at most, this season at least 8-9 have a shout in my opinion. I think I’d currently go for George Hirst for improvement, consistency, wholehearted effort, tackling, yards made, but as soon as someone nominates a different player I’ll probably agree with that, too. Bert Street
I would go for Danny Craven. He was solid all season and without his rescue at North Wales I think our season might have been in trouble. A lot of candidates, though. I wouldn't quibble with either Farnworth or Wildie.
Roughyed Rats
Really tough one this year. Farnworth or Matty Wildie for me. However, George, DC and the twins not far behind. They’ve all been excellent.
m brooksy
Ted quite easily for me. Farnworth and Jay next who have both been excellent.
saints10coach
Outside of the main try scorers, PLT and Tyrer, I think there is a shout for the pack as a whole. Farnworth and Wildie already mentioned, also it is noticeable when Kopczak is not on the field. We also cannot overlook the captain JT has been immense.
Oldham Valderama
To be honest I've been so impressed with the vast number of the squad this year that to pick out an individual is quite difficult, if I had to though for me I'd probably go for Jordan Turner. The man is a class act and I've always felt with him on the field Oldham looked a lot more comfortable and cohesive side with his experience and knowledge of the game. I'm not sure what his contract situation is but I really do hope he feels he has another season in the championship left in him as he can defiantly still do a job for Oldham.
thecrab
Wildie for me, a total pro and quality player, superb distribution, never misses a tackle, swaps seemlessly to 1st receiver when Aldridge comes on, brilliant signing
kevconn
Matty Wildie, utter class wherever he's been asked to play

Roughyeds Forever!
Just voted for Wildie on "X" (link to club website) His versatility and quality got us through when we had some tough games and a mid-season few low games.
