I will pre-warn you its over an hour long touches on his upbringing, career, personal life, personal challenges and finishes off nicely with a little bit of the type of person/coach he is now and his ambitions for The Yeds.

The more I hear Sean Long, the more I like him. Genuine guy. Good for the Roughyeds, and the Roughyeds good for him.
