Harry Stottle Posted January 23 Posted January 23 As any Super League Ticket holder managed to obtain a promo code from their club to submit and obtain the £30 discount when purchasing their season pass from SuperLeague+, reducing the price from £129 to £99. If anyone missed the email from SuperLeague+ here is the bit about the discount for Season Ticket Holders:- This was from Superleague+ on the 7th Jan Super League club season ticket holders will get even better value and be able to access an exclusive £30 discount on an annual pass via a code which will be sent out from clubs ahead of the season starting. 2

Pretty poor by Leigh Leopards. Tweet Degsy direct.
creditwhereitsdews Posted January 31 Posted January 31 Had an email saying the £109 discount ends tonight and I'm trying to but it but when I log into my account the price is £129. Anyone know how you get the discount? There's also meant to be an extra discount if you have an SL season ticket (I've got one for Dewsbury) and I've asked a friend who's a Wakefield season ticket holder if I can have his code but he says he wasn't sent one.

Sorry for the late reply, the statement from SL+ specifically mentions (as per opening post in this thread) that season ticket holders only at SL clubs will get an extra discount. Wakefield are not on their own in being lax in advising their ST holders, I have contacted my club on 4 occasions re the subject and not waiting for them to react but to no avail, how hard would it be to write one letter and send it via email to all ST holders, perhaps it is to much to do? 1

A lot of Gold plus members are in a similar boat with Leopards TV, and not being able to access the service that should come free with the membership. Not good at all.
Cheadle Leyther Posted February 3 Posted February 3 I’m one of those gold plus members, and have emailed the club about it with no reply. 1

I wouldn't expect one soon Leyther, and don't try phoning no one ever answers, just says we are transferring you to switchboard which in my expierience they don't have one, the lady who sits in reception and the ticket office sales personnel don't work for Leigh Leopards they are employed by Leigh Sports Village and they are as well informed about day to day matters as you and me.

Spoke to a guy yesterday after reading your post, he said he is a gold member and recieves the Leopards TV, when I asked how he got it he stumbled and said he had to put in when prompted either his membership or heritage number couldn't remember which

As an aside Harry, it looks like your club are not selling tickets for any home games. Is there a reason that you aren't selling tickets for your home opener?

Not a clue Dave that is information I didn't know, I have no reason to look for walk up ticket availability as I have a season ticket. 1

Yorks Tim Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Anyone know why Wigan v Leigh isn't available for catch-up viewing yet? Catalans game is there but neither the Wigan nor HKR games.
Nothus Posted February 15 Posted February 15 I have a weird technical issue when I'm using the app to chromecast a game to my tv. It will connect fine and I can watch the whole match without issue, but as soon as I stop casting the app breaks and all I get is a message saying that an error has occurred. Closing the app, logging out, reinstalling, restarting my phone, switching my phone off and back on have all been tried as fixes and none of them help. I've realised that it's something to do with my wifi. If I switch to mobile data the app starts working again, and then switching back to wifi results in a message saying no content is available in my region. Wtf? Why would my home wifi setup cause such an odd issue? I'm with sky broadband so I don't understand. I've tried restarting my router and this didn't fix the issue either.

I watched the Leeds game stopped at half time and can‘t log in ever since. Can‘t even log in on superleagueplus.co.uk website. Last year I had no issue at all and this year just trouble. I have contacted SL+ support but all that where proposed didn‘t work.

Got something like that myself, albeit online through the PC. Signed me outt half way through Huddersfield v Warrington and won't let me sign back in, saying 'servers are busy'. Contract cancelled (when I can sign in, that is) 1

I have put the app on 2 tablets and a phone, also on a fire stick which I move about between rooms, each time I start it it asks me to log in to watch on TV it also has a QR code which I enable with a QR reader and it plays on tge TV immediately, no problems whatsoever ever.

Did you cast as well or just using the app on TV with verification via phone and QR code?
