Faz getting no younger, Walters hasn't really proven much yet and then there are a couple of young options. Nsemba is an incredible talent but that NRL threat likely to always be there, even with the new deal. Walters will do a job until someone better turns up. In Tiaki Chan and George Hirst there's two potential projects, along with Lukas Mason coming up, so there's a reasonable number of options that might kick on. 1

I'd give him another chance if we signed him though, home grown lad and all that. If Toby teams up again with brother George, tell the Huddersfield mayor to be careful with how he addresses them, it cost the Warrington mayor his job! 1
Father Ted Posted January 26 Posted January 26 When Toby played at Wigan he said he preferred to play right centre. That's where Wigan played him. He and Miski were a very good partnership. Like most Wigan fans I was disappointed when Wire recalled him from the loan period. Whenever I see him. for Wire he's playing on the left. Where he states he doesn't like playing. I know Burgess has to balance the team and that maybe why he's on the left. Perhaps one of the determining factors might be his salary expectations. No doubt he'll be offered a reduced contract by Wire and it will be wait and see for him if another club will offer him what he expects.

Early in the season last year we struggled with changing combinations and it led to some poor tries being conceded. I think Burgess put a high value on maintaining the combinations as the season went on so we saw a lot of Tai and Thewlis on the right and King and Ashton on the left. The left was far more dangerous as that's where Williams was operating and Ashton was in red hot form so there wasn't much need for King to be a creative centre. I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.
Dave T Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I think.if we had better options at centre he would have become a 2nd row by now. Here's works hard, is pretty rough and durable, I do think he's more suited to that role.
