Really looking forward to see how it looked in stadium . KO 9.30 must delay my visit to pub by a hour

Not sure about delaying my visit to the pub, but forcing me to think more about my alcohol consumption watching my football team Stockport today!

One of those games this that, unless I was attending, I despise the disprortionate attention on - I'd sooner us focus on the likes of Hull for example - but appreciate the potential greater good for the game here. That said, as a Wiganer, now it's here, I'm excited about the game, let's do a job in one of the bigger games of our season(!)

Have Warrington got a different sponsor for this game?

Parent company of hoover in America, Haier.

Some wire fans have already been moaning about spending 50 quid on a shirt which isn't what we're wearing.

Makes sense!

But yes they should have sorted it earlier.

They do have a point.

That's a fine line up.  I feel for the injured players who miss out, but it's a tough sport and most teams will be missing players at one point or another.

I'm glad we are playing Wigan out there, they are a huge part of the heart and soul of rugby league with great fans.

'Now the Wire!' as my parents and grandparents used to shout.

What's the story with Tai BTW? Seen he's been sent to Widnes, so must have done something wrong!

Is Musgrove injured?

The sky build up and studio is superb, it should really be like this for every game.

I agree, it looks slik and high profile.

Not really Jon, given that it doesn't matter.

If that bothers you then get a grip of yourself. (not you Jon, obvs)

Latest local rumours is, bad pre season, and possibly rejected for a visa.

Personally I'd like to think that Lindop is the more well rounded player so he's getting first crack.

It would kind of mattered to those that bought the kit.

You know, the kit that was advertised as the one they were playing in Vegas in, but it isn't as the sponsor is different.

Leaving it late to start letting fans in.

Place looks empty

Somethings up.  Usually  they love people  in stadium  eating  and drinking.

I think its a bit naughty tbh. I understand what's happened, but think they could have planned that a little better in advance.

No idea until next week! I get a bit of inside info but nothing major.

Just Browny is your man for the really good journalists' stuff.... Apparently he lives in Yorkshire now, where it's all kicking off - well, in terms of Championship and League 1 rugby anyway.

Think of him as a Lancashire agent working behind enemy lines. He's got intelligence.

I understand why they've done it - and can 100% understand the people who bought the kit being a bit annoyed by it.

I can also see it as it being a very late request by "Hoover" or whatever their parent company is, as they have seen the increased build up/interest, and want to capitalise on it.

To be honest, it may be bad for those Warrington fans, but if the parent company sees this as a big enough event that they want their own name on it, rather than Hoover than that probably goes to show the strentgh and cut through this event has had.
