I see we're taking the Super League tradition of "not starting anything like on time" to the USA.

A country where baseball and basketball games start at times like 8.07pm.

Really good hearing the enthusiasm from the likes of Vossy, Matty John's and Greg Alexander - especially when they are celebrating the history of the English clubs.

Yup the convo with vossy and carney before was great to hear.

One of those situations when you hear an outsider, talk up something that we all take for granted and talk down

To be fair, the Aussies are even worse than SL, so this was always gonna be sloppy 😆

Commentary is in and out. When it's in, it's a bit of a Wigan love-in though so not too fussed.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Hmm. Sound issues with commentary so far

What are you watching on - SL+, FreeView or Sky?

Good build up so far, looking forward to this!

Decent number of fans already there for what is a long afternoon for those in the US.

No space in the stadium for a full size RL pitch, so this is narrower and shorter than standard. Canberra actually played a pre-season game with these pitch dimensions marked out, as preparation.

The short version is: the pitch is small and the markers do not represent reality but the games will be played as if they do.

The longer version: see the other thread.

It's already started. Don't think they'll show this game on WatchNRL if you are watching via that.

Oh no, Vossy bringing up Wigan's defensive record 🫣

They've never lost to Warrington in the USA.
