A chart for obsessives, courtesy of the folks at the RLP.

A 'scorigami' is when a score occurs that has never been recorded in the history of the game before. This page shows the frequency of each scoreline as it appears in the Rugby League Project database - where a square is blank, there is no previous match where that scoreline occured. Use the competition names to refine Scorigami to specific competitions.

Yoi can narrow it down by competition with the links at the top of the page.

So the most common all-time RL score is 5-0? Makes sense, but I'm not sure many people would've guessed that.

Love this. We've had a few threads about unusual scorelines and this is right up my street. The most bonkers scoreline I've seen is a 46-44 win for Coventry Bears vs Hunslet which i note has only ever happened twice

This is really good. Of all the current blanks I'd say 4-1 is the most likely to happen at some point. 0-0 going into the last 10 minutes, team a kicks drop goal, team b scores a last minute try in the corner.

Love the fact that 84-1 has occurred twice and both times it was York, and what on earth was the 119-2 game?

During 1913-14 Huddersfield amassed a record 119-2 match score defeating junior side Swinton Park in a Challenge Cup first round game - twenty-seven tries were scored, seven of them by Rosenfeld, whilst Major Holland landed eighteen goals.

Apparently some records had this score as 119-0

What about the 46-46 draw between Leeds and Sheffield 1994?

I mean I know people were gutted about Wigan and Leighs 0-0 having to go to GP but imagine if that one did. A combined 92 points and it be settled potentially by 1.

Blackpool Borough 1-39 Australia in 1978. Definitely a DG scored by someone who thought "I can tell the grandkids that I scored against the Kangaroos".

I remember discussing the St Helens 112 Carlisle 0 game during a tea break on a building site back in 1986. We were incredulous how a team could concede over a hundred points. Someone commented that it was only 80-0 after 70 minutes to which the reply came :

"So Carlisle were still in the game then..."
