Tago almost bundled into touch passes back and Martin knocks on but Penrith get penalty because of Munster's behaviour. Those two have been  niggling  each other all night.

I thought Penrith came out of that game well. It might have been different with a full strength Panthers team out. Losing Cleary in that rather unusual way was a big loss for them, though others raised their game.
