Melbourne take the points but Penrith probably take more out of the game for with a 14-0 deficit and Nathan Cleary off you would have thought the Storm would have cashed in but the Penny Panthers had a pretty decent completion rate and stayed in the game to the final hooter, One problem though for them is 68 points leaked in two games in a league where defence is king.

All said, Premierships are not won in March and there wil be plenty of twists and turns in this NRL season to come.

Interesting game despite Adam Gee trying to turn it into the Adam Gee Refereeing Masterclass Show

Young Cole impressed me today. Never seen anything from him that made me stand up and take notice, and think he’s got something about him but he really stood up and shone

I thought Yeo and Kenny were exceptional in terms of volume of work, whilst the right edge defence nullified Munster and Paps pretty much all night. I expected Storm to be better tbh.

Credit to Penrith for how they responded to losing Cleary.

Category 1 HIA means he is unavailable for Round 4 match v Souths away.

Always tough to get a result the other side of "the ditch". If the Wahs play anything like decent.
