Peter Winthorpe Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Well I hope it is a Good Friday for Town, and the forecast improves. The club deserve good weather and the crowd that should arrive for the Derby. Both clubs haven't should has a good start and Town could have maximum points. That should build the support for both clubs, especially with the roundabout of players and coaches. UTT 1

We got what's looking like a good draw at Midlands and after a shaky first 20 comfortably beat Rochdale and should've beat the table toppers. They've not beaten anybody of note but are obviously going well and out enthused us last time. I think we're in better shape now beat need to do it consistently. 2 1
Unicorn 106 Posted April 9 Posted April 9 Not sure which team have had the best preparation for this one. Haven have basically dad 2 training runs and scoring lots of points to boost their confidence. Town on the other hand have had 2 tough games which should make them more battle hardened. Hardly rained for a month but no doubt Good Fridays weather will be a shocker. 2
WTRLFC WEBSITE Posted April 9 Posted April 9 Early bird tickets & savings are available at www.townrlfc.com TICKETS section. Should be an absolute cracker! UTT
TOWN TILL I DIE Posted April 14 Posted April 14 Very quiet on here given whats just round the corner! anticipating a huge attendance by sounds of it aswell, in what is a must win on all levels if we want to be in the top 4 mixup
DocH Posted April 14 Posted April 14 Haven have looked well organised from the off. Not sure how much better they can get. I always thought we needed time for our new squad to settle down and start to gel which it seems (in spite of lack of game time) we are starting to do and with the quality of players we have, will I think only get better. 1
WTRLFC WEBSITE Posted April 14 Posted April 14 Ticket sales are Please try to purchase ahead of the game and save money and time at the turnstiles on matchday. www.townrlfc.com tickets section for savings. Music on after the game in the marquee and there's also a bucket collection for Stevie Scholey Testimonial, so try bring some loose change. UTT - Going to be a great occasion!
The Voodooguru Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Really looking forward to the game, and we have to put right what happened in the Ike. The lads have a point to prove so I'd expect a really good game. It appears Donald was correct with his news and it is supposed to be Evans last game with him going home after the game and being replaced by an ex Cornwall player. I have to be careful what to believe as there are a lot of wind ups with the Haven lads at work, but the ones that usually get it right are all saying the same thing. If true it was a waste of money bringing him over. But that's on him as our club will have acted in good faith. Let's get these Jambos put back in their box on Friday. UTT. 3 The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

If that’s True, it’s been a very expensive few games for Town. Not sure if I would be playing him. UTT 1
wonky Posted April 15 Posted April 15 I think it's a town win and a big one. They've done great so far this season, but I have a feeling we see a Jamie doran masterclass, and our pack, especially our 2nd row being way too much for haven 1 1 the futures bright, the futures blue and white
Unicorn 106 Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Who would have thought pre season that we would be massive underdogs going into Good Friday. 1

DavidM Posted April 16 Posted April 16 I’m never confident playing them , hope we win but these games are to twitchy to enjoy . If we go 50 up by half time I might relax 3 1
