I'm not either sure which hand was which, but 3 contentious decisions in a row given to Rovers

Time give up if officials on the field can't give that without a referral to a VR.

Getting beyond a joke now.

I'm turning this off and going out instead. If I get back in an hour and Catalans have managed to win this then chapeau, big style. Awful decision.

If Ben Thaler doesn’t  get dropped to the championship in the morning I won’t know what to say. Absolutely disgraceful. I’ve seen a lot of bad calls, that takes the cake.

There was a recent decision where the video ref clearly explained that the inside shoulder thing isn't a defence if the contact is substantial. That was substantial and he was four or five yards ahead of the ball. He doesn't have to be there.

Crossing and defused by Catalans. No try on two counts imo.

Wish i had a quid for how many times kendall has called Keary out this first 15.

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

Can't have Catalans at Wembley, crowd too low.

Dodgy decisions or not, Catalans just aren't in Rovers' league. Game is as good as over already.

No problem with the grounding decision as I think it was simultaneous which is a try. I’ve no idea how he hasn’t called an obstruction though.

It seemed to be a way for him to get out of a tricky read. Terrible call imo.

Maybe, however it was only 15 minutes in and only one try.

And now Catalans have now scored.

It is game on in a semi final.

You can't help but wonder when seeing that call. How quickly he wanted to move on from the obstruction was as shocking.

Messiest try one is likely to see.

A defender barged over (probably OK as it was inside shoulder), a slap out of the ball, the attacker half giving up in his run due to uncertainty, and a simultaneous grounding - in the eyes of the VR.

I thought the defender's hand was on the ball first as it went towards the ground.
